The Blackstairs Blues Festival is Ireland’s longest, consecutively-run Blues Festival! It guarantees locals and visitors alike an exciting musical weekend each September in the beautiful historical town of Enniscorthy with its open and friendly atmosphere. The festival draws its name from the Blackstairs mountain range which lies west of Enniscorthy and overlooks the beautiful fertile green landscape of County Wexford. Over the past 21 years the Blackstairs Blues Festival has attracted the cream of local and international Blues bands and solo artists performing the broadest spectrum of Blues from Delta to Chicago.
