FF leader Micheal Martin will attend Wexford Fianna Fail 1916 Commemoration in Enniscorthy.
Wexford Comhairle Dail Ceanntair of Fianna Fail in Wexford will be hosting an evening of Commemoration of 1916 on Sunday 24th of April in Enniscorthy.
This Commemoration comes in line with the century date of the Easter Rising in 1916 .
Wexford Fianna Fail will be marking this Commemoration by having a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Patriots Flag, Abbey Square at 6pm which will also involve a representative of various groups in the community laying 7 lilies to symbolise the seven signatories of the proclamation.
Following the Wreath Laying Ceremony an Ecumenical Service is St Aidan’s Cathedral Enniscorthy, at 7pm , later that evening they are hosting a night of music and poetry with finger food in the Riverside Park Hotel Enniscorthy from 8pm. The leader of Fianna Fail Micheal Martin TD will be giving the address at the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Patriots Flag at 6pm and will be attending the the events in the Cathedral and the Riverside Park Hotel.
