We are delighted to announce that Padraig O Gorman and Wexford County Council are sponsoring a shopping promotion for Enniscorthy town this Easter. All that is asked is that we the businesses get behind it for the week prior to Easter Sunday with a genuine shopping promotion. It would be great if all shops had a promotion for that week with the main theme of 1916 . Our customers will get a free ticket to enter a draw for this brilliant prize . We suggest a first prize of €1000 with two more prizes to make up the balance. The draw will take place on Easter Saturday in The Market Square at 5.00 pm . We need to print tickets and supply posters for all participating shops and there will have to be a buy in cost of €20 per participating shop. We will use whatever balance is left to promote that week. This is one not to be missed. Ricki Mitchell will be on the town delivering a letter to all shops over the next few days so please get involved.
We will have a meeting this Monday (22nd February ) evening in Toffee & Thyme at 6.15pm to formulate a strategy to best use this opportunity so please come along .
We will have details also of the many events organised round town for that weekend.
